    Months 3–8 · Build

Develop profiles, compatibility, discovery, matching, messaging and focused AI-assisted features.

  3. 03

    Months 8–10 · Test

Complete testing, closed beta, safety testing and structured user feedback.

  4. 04

Months 10–15 · Launch and learn

Launch in a focused market, build local density, measure CAC, engagement, retention and paid conversion, then iterate toward Seed metrics.

The first production release is deliberately focused. It does not attempt to build every future TUGG feature into version one.
